There are a lot of realtors and companies to choose from, so it is important to gather information from past clients to fully evaluate everything about the person you work with to sell and / or buy a home. We feel very fortunate to have chosen so well. We were well represented by Lisa for both the sale of our home in Cannon Falls and in the purchase of a home in the Twin Cities metro area. As a seller, she orchestrated the sale with professional pictures and instructions for making our home ready for sale. Her communication is flawless.

Once we agreed on the sale, we started on the home buying process in a tight sellers market. She was TIRELESS in meeting with us to review homes and offer guidance from her years of experience. She was so invested in getting us the right house that she was as heart-broken as we were when we failed to win a bidding war! Every house we looked at she views thoroughly to ensure that we had all the information possible for our decision. When we finally found a house, she had the connections for the inspection. She answered all our questions (and we had MANY) and coordinated the sale and purchase to occur within 2 hours on the same day. While I think many people know Lisa as an excellent realtor in the Cannon Falls area, they may not realize how valuable she is in the Twin Cities area as well. Thank you Lisa for everything!
